V horní části jsou představeny jednotlivé země s jejich vlajkami a typickými motivy, zvýrazněné symbolickými stavbami pro každý členský stát a pro EU. Vitrážově laděné části pak představují sekce vojenství a války, architekturu, archetypy krásy evropských žen a různorodost tradic a zemědělství. Na dvou horizontech je symbolicky znázorněna minulost a jednotná budoucnost EU.

A unique cubist allegorical composition is conceived as a stained-glass windows! The European countries are presented on the top of the composition with their flags and typical element and houses on the street for each member and the EU too.. In the stained-glass sections are symbolic references to the history of European wars, the gems of European architecture, the semantics of the beauty of the European women, the element of cultural events, traditions and diversity of the agriculture life, all is situated between two horizons, the past and the future! The painting "European Horizons" is symbolizing the unity of the European states.
